ReviewGo provides a digital software service (SaaS). The service begins immediately upon subscription. This policy explains subscription cancellation and refund terms.

2. Free Trial Period

ReviewGo offers a 7-day free trial for new users.

If the subscription is canceled during the trial period through the ReviewGo dashboard or via methods provided by the payment provider, no charges will be applied.

If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, the selected plan will be automatically charged.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription:

through the ReviewGo dashboard, or
via cancellation methods provided by the third-party payment provider Creem.

Cancellation prevents future billing cycles.

Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

As ReviewGo provides a digital service that starts immediately, partial refunds for unused periods are not provided.

Payments made after the free trial period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Payment Processing

All payment, billing, and subscription infrastructure operations are handled through the third-party payment provider Creem.

6. Policy Changes

ReviewGo reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Changes take effect once published on the website.
