This clarification text has been prepared regarding the processing of your personal data by ReviewGo acting as the data controller.

2. Processed Personal Data

Personal data processed by ReviewGo may include the following depending on the service used and user interaction:

• Identity and contact information (email address, name, surname, optional phone number)
• Business address and contact information shared via Google account and Google Business Profile
• User account and usage information
• Business and content data (information regarding Google Business Profile, customer reviews)
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, system logs)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Provision and operation of services
• Creation and management of user accounts
• Identity verification and ensuring security
• Processing of authorized business and review data via Google services

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• infrastructure and service providers used for the provision of the service (e.g. hosting, authentication, payment, email services),
• Google services within the scope of the user's explicit authorization

6. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

Depending on the location of the infrastructure and service providers used, your personal data may be processed or stored on servers abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.

7. Your Rights under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if your personal data has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately,
• know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of KVKK,
• request notification of the operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
